Syd-LYFE

Syd-LYFE Counseling Services (SLCS) provides support and assistance to people of all ages and at all stages of life.  We provide individual, family, group and school-based counseling, as well as case management services.

Syd- LYFE is  dedicated to:

  • Providing individualized, quality services in the least restrictive settings

  • Offering a range of services with a variety of approaches

  • Serving all individuals regardless of race, color, creed, or belief

  • Preserving the family as the foundation of society

Our belief is that this philosophy is the cornerstone of planning, developing and coordinating a quality program delivery.

Of clients surveyed, 97% stated that SLCS have met their expectations in and “above average” manner.

SLCS is nationally accredited by CARF as an outpatient counseling service provider.

SLCS accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private pay. We understand that every family's or individual's financial needs are different. Therefore, SLCS fees for services are on a sliding scale and based on an individual's or family's ability to pay.

SLCS also accepts referrals from:

  • Community Agencies

  • State Agencies

  • Schools

  • Family Membership

  • Self Referrals

  • Hospitals

  • Physicians

It is our vision to improves the quality of life for persons served by providing high quality and effective mental health services in an environment that maintains client rights and dignity and enables them to achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning in the communities.

  • All people shall be treated with respect and dignity and have the right to make informed choices in their treatment

  • To provide culture, diverse, certified and licensed and competent multidisciplinary professionals to assist individuals and families in achieving emotional, behavioral and social well-being.

  • To provide advocacy and support to people with behavioral health needs residing in Oklahoma.

  • To provide clients and families with the educational and community resources to assist them in greater understanding and development of their potentials.
