PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation services will be provided on an individual or group basis for the purpose of developing basic living skills, self-care, life-style change and recovery principles. Rehabilitation services will be offered as often as is recommended in the client’s treatment plan. Rehabilitation seek to help clients improve their quality of life, reduce symptoms, improve their emotional, social, and behavioral functioning, and empower them to be as independent as possible within their environment. Providers strive to use service approaches that are based on accepted practices in the field that are supported by research, evidence-based practices, field recognition, or published practice guidelines. Providers have resources available onsite to provide them with the information needed to fulfill this objective. Staffing qualifications include BHRS.
